This website
This site is for information only. Nothing on it is an offer or a promise to build anything. Where a page describes what a product does, your signed agreement is what counts.
Evaluations
An evaluation runs on your own servers, under a short written agreement covering what is in it, how long it lasts, and what happens at the end. It does not create an ongoing licence, and nothing on this site changes what that agreement says.
Licensed software
Precepta and Intent Studio are licensed under an agreement both sides sign. That agreement is what counts, not this page. It covers what you may use, support, service levels, liability, and source escrow if you want it.
