This list is short. Both products run on your own servers, so there are none at all — nothing flows to us for anyone else to handle.
Self-hosted and on-premises
None. Your data never reaches us, so nobody else handles it on our behalf. That comes from how it is deployed, not from a promise you have to take on trust.
If that ever changes
If we ever add anything that handles customer data on our side, it will be listed here in full — published before it starts, not after.
